Details :
- Market hours are from 11am – 6pm. Vendors are to be in place by 10.30am and ready to sell by 11am, and must remain until bazaar closure at 6pm. Venue at 7th floor.
- A fee of RM40 is charged for each space occupied per weekend (14 & 15 March or 21 & 22 April 2012).
- Participation fee does not include parking at KL SOGO. The parking rate is RM3 for the first hour and RM2.50 for each subsequent hour.
- The organizer provides only market space, 2 tables (2’ x 6’ each) and 2 chairs. Vendors are responsible for supplies such as:
- - Displays and business signs
- - Additional chairs (if required)
- - Coins and notes for making change
- - Adequate garbage container
- Electricity is not provided. Should you require electricity, please contact us in advance.
- Vendors are responsible for their own financial transactions including the availability of all cash change.
- Vendors may not sell items causing direct competition to KL SOGO Department Store. Please contact us should you be concerned that your item(s) will cause direct competition. Participants attempting to sell competitive items may be asked to remove the items from their market space and/or cease participation.
- Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and attractive during market hours and for cleaning up their space after the market closes, including removal of any debris and trash. Vendors whose products generate waste must provide a visible, adequate trash bin at their booth.
- All participation fees collected will be channeled to KL SOGO’s ‘Plant A Tree for Mother Nature’ project.
