Terms & Conditions
1. The “Parent Day Contest” (“the Contest”) is open to all AEON member/ J Card aged 18 and above except for all employees of AEON CO. (M) BHD. (“the Organizer”), their affiliates and /or their related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families.
2. The contest shall commence from 1st May 2012 to 30th June 2012.
3. The participants may submit as many contest forms as they wish provided that each contest form is attached with an original receipt for the purchase made at any AEON store.
4. The receipt must come from purchases made at any AEON store during the contest period from 1st May 2012 to 30th June 2012.
5. Only original receipt(s) is to be submitted together with the contest form. In any event, photocopies of the contest form(s) are acceptable.
6. The completed contest form(s) is to be submitted to us via email or mail to AEON CO.(M) BHD., Marketing Dept. PEARL Publishing, 3rd Floor, AEON Taman Maluri Shopping Centre, Jalan Jejaka, Taman Maluri, Cheras, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.
7. All contest form(s) must be submitted on or before 10pm, 30th June 2012. Any contest form(s) received thereafter shall not be entertained.
8. The results of the contest will be announced on 30th July 2012. The winners will be notified via phone, email or mail.
9. AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to reject any entries which are incomplete, illegible, disfigured, submitted beyond the dateline or without the proper proof of purchase or such other reason as AEON Co. (M) Bhd. deems fit.
10. AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the absolute right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value without any prior notice.
11. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. The judges’ decision is final, conclusive and no further correspondence, queries or appeal shall be entertained.
13. All participants in the contest agree to be bound by the above Terms & Conditions of AEON CO. (M) BHD.
14. AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Any new or amended Terms & Conditions will supersede the existing Terms & Conditions.
