Sunday morning 24/06/2012, take my daughter in contest " JR CHEF ADABI & Bintang Kecil, (peringKAT saringan) at TAYLOR'S UNIVERSITY")

 My daughter, wants to be a  famous chef, her very like decoration cup cake, and her very like cook, so her asked me to register for the competition chef junior,  organized by 'BINTANG KECIL&ADABI " and  she was selected into the screening (peringkat saringan/the semi-finals, mcm tu lah  "kalau terpilih blh masuk final lg,hehehehhehe)

we arrive at the "TAYLOR'S UNIVERSITY" 9 am,(patutnya kami kena tiba kat sana 8.30am, but tersilap tempat (cari 'TAILOR'S UNIVERSITY " tu pun tlh memkan masa kami,, because" we mistakenly  TAYLOR'S COLLEGE "and 'TAYLOR UNIVERSITY, coz 2 tempat tu kat SUBANG JAYA,so silap tempatlah, untung start competitionya, pkl 10am, ada masa rest n b'fast ^_^
before starting the competition, breakfast first, prepared by the organizers ^ _ ^

aND now, after b'fast, start competition (junior chef competition" WHO WILL IN TO FINAL?(pssst, if in final, wow..best prize loh, in semi final oso hv the good prize, so if in final what prize all kids can take to home?1,st prize IPAD2&CASH RM1000, 2ND PRIZE BLACKBERRY PHONE& CASH RM700, 3.RD PSP AND CASH RM400, and all participant final, got 7xRM200 WITH HAMPER WORTH RM50, best kan hadiah tu ^_^ ,but who will be in final? (psssttt i harap anak i blh in final oso) nak lebih tahu lanjut pasal hadiah ni see kat bawah ^_^

and now see the action of the children's selected in the screening(peringkat saringan) for entry ke final, who is going to the finals?  all kids  very great cook and very tempting, so who be in final? setiap kanak kanak mesti menyediakan 2 hidangan,satu hidangan mengikut resepi sendiri dan satu hidangan nasi goreng dari pihak BINTANG KECIL&ADABI, setiap peserta mesti buat sATU hidangan nasi goreng dari"rempah nasi goreng adabi...PELBAGAI PERISA....

Ini KEPAK GORENG yang anak i buat ^_^ mh cuba resepinya tak? ini resepinya hehehehehehehhe^_^:

 Kepak Goreng special tepung cucur Adabi Ikan Bilis

bahan:

Ayam ((ibu saya menggunakan kepak ayam 12kepak) -ikut keperluan 

ditumbuk halus:

5 biji bawang merah 

5ulas bawang putih

1/2 iinci halia
Garam secukup rasa

Cili Kisar ( 1 sudu teh ) 

Sos tiram ( 1 sudu teh) 

Gula ( 1 Sudu teh ) 

digaul rata:

1/2 paket cucu adabi perisa ikan bilis

Kunyit serbuk &

Serbuk Rempah Kari ( 1 camca ) 

Minyak ( untuk menggoreng) 

telur 2 biji di kocok lepas :(buat celup ayam)

Cara:

1.Gaul kan semua bahan yg di tumbuk halus bersama ayam dan masukkan sos tiram, cili kisar, dan gula(perapkan selama 10-15minute)
2. Tepung cucur ikan bilis  adabi digaul kan  bersama semua bahan-bahan (di gaul rata) tersebut hingga rata. 
3.Celupkan kepak ayam ayam dalam telur, angkat,dan masukkan kedalam tepung cucur ikan bilis, salut sampai rata, ulang lagi sampai semua kepak tersebut habis.

Panaskan minyak dan masak dengan api sederhana.sehingga kekuningan
angkat ,toskan, dan:siap di hidangkan

Cadangan Hidangan:

Hidangkan bersama hirisan salad,tomato,  mayonis dan sos chili. Selamat Mencuba.

DAN NASI GORENG ANAK SAYA"  'NASI GORENG ADABI ISTIMEWA, HEHEHEHHE; NAK TRY THIS RESEPI"?:

Nasi Goreng Adabi Istimewa

Bahan-Bahan:

3 mangkuk nasi

Perencah nasi goreng Adabi

1 mangkuk(kecil) sayur campur

2sudu(kecil) sos tiram

2sudu(kecil) sos cili

2sudu kecil kicap adabi

2 ulas bawang putih dan bawang merah di tumbuk halus

Udang (yg dibuang kulitnya) dan  ayam yang dipotong kecil.

Sebagai hiasan:

1biji telur (dibuat dadar dan iris halus)

Nenas yg sudah di buang isinya

Timun (hiris mengikut citarasa

Tomato (hiris mengikut citarasa)

Cili merah dihiris kecil.

Cara:

1. Panaskan 5 sudu besar minyak. Masukkan bawang merah dan putih   kacau sehingga wangi.

2. Masukkan 1 pek perencah nasi goreng Adabi ke dalam bawang tadi. Kemudian masukkan sayur campur.

3. Selepas itu, masukkan udang atau ayam ke dalam masakan tadi. Masak sehingga udang atau ayam menjadi lembut.

4. Kemudian, masukkan nasi dan gaul sehingga rata. Taburkan sos tiram dan sos cili di atas nasi dan gaulkan. Selepas itu bolehlah dihidangkan.

Cadangan Hidangan:

Untuk kelihatan lebih menarik lagi, taburkan daun sup dan cili merah yang telah di hiris halus. Letakkan daun salad di tepi nasi. Hiaskan , timun dan tomato
